At Internal Doors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new doors aren't the perfect fit for your home, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they remain in their original packaging and have not been hung or altered.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of receipt.
- 2.Prepare for Collection
Ensure all doors are securely repackaged in their original protective wrapping and pallets to prevent any structural damage during transit.
- 3.Schedule Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialist furniture couriers to collect the items from your property at a convenient time.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned doors to confirm they are in resalable condition, we will process your full refund minus any applicable collection fees.
